I'm getting back to doing something that I love...writing in a journal. :) There's just something about it...it can be therapeutic, it can spark creativity, keep you organized and on task for goals, and it definitely can make you more mindful.
I'm going to be using my current journal as a catch-all for goals (home organization ideas and tasks, weight loss goals as I'm 4 weeks postpartum with my gorgeous boy Parker Logan, etc) making lists of things I'm thankful for (so important!) and jotting down memories until I can get organized enough to start scrapbooking again. ;)
