A good fortune

Why not take it as a little bit of serendipity today? :) I personally think fortune cookies are so much fun. My husband and I had lunch today with my parents, and I was really anxious for everyone to open their fortunes. :) I'll take the one I opened as a good sign! :)

My baby girl

I love it when life slows down enough for moments like this with my baby girl. :) She's growing up so fast....I'm so glad that she still "squishes" my fingers like she has since the day she was born, and I love that she talks about her friends and school now while coloring her LaLaLoopsy coloring book. Life is sweet. ♥

A Year of Gratitude project

Have you ever noticed that when you're grateful, it opens up the door for more goodness to come into your life? It's so good to notice the little things, the big things, the friends that are there for us and the people who help us along the way, the things that fall into place and allow us to have moments of pure loveliness. :)
I remember when I started looking into the Law of Attraction and how much that made sense to me...you bring to yourself what you're focusing your attention and energy on.
And that's when I made a conscious effort to be extra thankful for everything that was happening in my life.

Because of that, I am so excited to be partnering with Compendium Inc.  as a Brand Ambassador!
Since day one, their products have inspired me and one of their latest products is no exception.

A Year of Gratitude Kit...what an awesome concept, huh? You write a Thank You card once a week...to anyone. A friend, family member, your child's teacher, anyone and everyone who you want to thank. Compendium has added a great little journal in this kit to keep track of your progress and they've also included some tips on what makes a handwritten card thoughtful and purposeful.

I gave my first thank you card away the day after I received my kit and I am so excited to send more out each week! I love how it's helped me dig a little bit deeper and thank people who I appreciate but might not have told them otherwise. :)

There's power in being thankful. :)
Please check out the kit here and let me know when you're following along for the challenge!
My friend Amanda is going to be starting hers soon and I can't wait to encourage each other throughout the year and notice how many good things come right back to her for doing this. :)

“For all that has been, thanks. For all that will be, yes!”
